As an occupational therapist at the University Hospital of Ghent I've explored the possibilities of co-creating personal designed assistive devices for patients. The patient was empowered in problem solving, prototyping and tested as much as possible. This project was nominated in the top 10 of the 2016 Belfius Smart Healthcare Award.
